Using OPEN COURT
OPEN COURT is an information and community platform for tennis and pickleball. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Venue and booking information
OPEN COURT does not itself provide court booking unless explicitly stated. Availability, opening hours, prices and booking conditions may change, so users should confirm important details with the relevant venue or official booking provider.
User content
You remain responsible for reviews, player profile information and other content you submit. Content must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing or intended to disrupt the service.
Community interactions
Users decide independently whether to meet or play with other members. OPEN COURT does not guarantee another user’s identity, conduct, skill level or suitability.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep platform information useful and current, but we cannot guarantee that all third-party or venue information is complete, error-free or continuously available.
Changes to the service
OPEN COURT may update features, content and these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply to your use of the platform.
